Hello Waholi,

There ae a few institutes in Israel that offer MA programs in agriculture, among them: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Ben Gurion University of the Negev and The Weizmann Institute of Science.
Each institute offer different programs and different scholarships that are usually given to students and candidates from countries with economical difficulties.
