There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students.
Among those institutes: The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Ben Gurion University, The Hebrew University and more.
Each institute offers different scholarships so it's better to decide first on the institute that is best for you and after that ask them to provide the information about the different scholarships they can offer you.
