Internships in Israel

Several Israeli universities offer internships for their students. There are either research internships, or short professional training tracks. These programs allow you to experience work in various fields, and give you a better chance of finding work in the field you desire. The university usually assists its full time students in finding the company in which the internship takes place. Usually, applicants are required to go through personal interviews.

Also, there are professional agriculture courses that span several weeks, and include many practical workshops and field trips as well as theoretical studies. These tracks are available at The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation in Rehovot, The Arava Institute, or at the Israeli Meteorological Service (IMS).
