The only program currently available for international students that matches your description is the MA program held at Tel Aviv University in security and diplomacy. I understand from your question that you are searching for a practical training program. However, this track combines theoretical study with practical workshops.
The track is taught entirely in English and spans one year, and includes various courses and workshops that deal with national protection and military strategy.

In order to apply, you must first finish your undergraduate studies with a GPA of 3.0 and above. If your BA studies were conducted in a non-English speaking country, you will be required to pass a language proficiency exam as well.
