Most Israeli universities offer PhD tracks suitable for International students that are run in English. There are many researchers that specialize in agriculture and plant science that will be able to help you conduct your research.

In order to be accepted to doctoral studies, you must complete your master's degree with a thesis, with a grade of at least 80. You also need to make sure your degree in accepted in Israeli institutions. Previous experience in similar fields is also an advantage.
