MA in agriculture - irrigation courses

Irrigation courses are available as part of the MA program in agriculture. The program spans one year, two if you choose to write a thesis. All studies take place entirely in English, and are suitable for international students. Located in a desert environment, Israeli Irrigation systems are very advanced, and are developed by leading researchers, the courses include the latest findings in plant studies and crop production technologies.

You can choose to study at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Weizmann Institute of Science or The Ben Gurion University in Be'er Sheba. As for scholarships, each institution has its own set of grants, mostly according to academic achievements, but there are also some for international students.

There are more than a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more.
Among the schools and institutions who offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
