I am neither an American citizen nor a permanent resident of Israel. I'm from Uganda and I would like to study medicine in Israel. I would sincerely appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Medical Studies in Israel in English
Hello Anthony,
Israeli universities offer many different tracks for MD studies for International students. Students from all countries are welcome to come and study medicine in Israel, as long as they comply with admission requests. In order to apply, you must first complete your undergraduate pre-med studies, and score a high mark in MCAT or SAT exams, as well as TOEFL tests.
Medicine studies span 4 years, and include both theoretical studies and practical experience. The lessons take place in English, but do take into consideration that practical experience requires some knowledge in Hebrew. Most universities offer Hebrew courses for that purpose. There are several institutions to choose from, including The Technion, Ben Gurion University, Tel Aviv University, and The Hebrew University.
For some more information, I've attached a link below my answer to an article on the different medicine tracks available in Israel. I hope you find a program that suits you.
