I am working on irrigation research with special reference on stress agronomy. I would like to join a short term training / workshop on the courses related with enhancing water use efficiency efficiency under scarcity of water by integrated approach and field/ practical demonstrations.

Short training programs in irrigation
Hello Saudan,

A number of Israeli institutions offer short seminars in agriculture specializing in irrigation and water systems. The programs usually span 7-10 days, and include lectures, practical demonstrations and field trips. Israel has developed different sprinkler and drip technologies that are used worldwide, and the workshops are taught by leading researchers in those fields.
There are many institutions to choose from, such as The Weitz Center in Rehovot, GIMI in Nahalal, and The Arava Institute.
