Unfortunately, there are currently no programs in English for a BA in food sciences. There is such a program at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, but it is taught entirely in Hebrew. Studies span 3 years, and include fascinating courses in biology, dietary education, anatomy, food culture and more.
