i am doing Doctorate in old Testament and i wish to improve my hebrew and for that wish to do internship and study any university for short term

Hello Benjamin,

There are many Hebrew studying programs in Israel where students can acquire language skills in a short period of time. Such programs are available at Berlitz Language School, Haifa University and other Universities as well.
