i would like to apply for studying in israel
for a masters degree in agriculture sciences, i am from developing country (Rwanda) in east africa.

There are a few institutes in Israel that offer special programs for international students, among them Masters in agriculture.

The institutes that offer those Msc in agriculture are: Weizmann Institute of Science (Rehovot), Ben Gurion University of the Negev (Be'er Sheva), The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and more.
I advise you to contact each of them directly so they can help you find the best program for you and offer you the scholarship they each have.
