First of all it's important for me to let you know that the system in which you study is very different in Israel and in Italy/
In Israel there is much more practice as in the Italian system there is very little practical work/
There is no option to study in Italian but there are some programs in English.

Some of the institutes that offer medical school for international students are: Ben Gurion University (Be'er-Sheva), Tel Aviv University, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (Haifa) and The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
I advise you to contact them directly so they could help you with your applications.
