Would like to change career paths

Hello, my name is Karen.

I moved back to Israel after completing a Family Therapy masters in LA. When I arrived to Israel, Misrad ha Bruit did not accept my degree since my program did not require writing a thesis.
Since then I have been trying to get back into the field of therapy.
My BA is in Fine Arts and Psychology. I also currentlly work as an English teacher. I have a masters degree in ESL from Tel Aviv University. I did the TASp program 10 years ago, but the program did not include a todat orah.
I would like to speak to someone who can give me some guides and perhaps tell me about a program tat might be suitable for me.
I currently feel stuck at my career and would possibly like to change direction into therapy, something different in education or maybe alternative healing.
Also, my Hebrew is not at the level where I would feel comfortable to study academically in Hebrew.
