There are more than a few schools ad institutions in Israel which offer different training programs in the field of agriculture, for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others and some offer scholarships to international students so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

I have a higher national diploma in agricultural engineering from a Nigerian polythecnic. I aspire to study for post graduate in irrigation or aquaculture in isreal. will I get a direct masters admission or will I have to go for a post graduate diploma?

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences (which include irrigation) for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more.
In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.

I am from Liberia, and I have a Bsc in general Agriculture. I have more than three years experience working in aquaculture. I am currently working on an Aquaculture project called FishLib as an aquaculture extension technician, which is being implemented by APDRA/CATALYST and sponsored by EU.
I intend to do Master in Aquaculture Extension at the end of the project, therefore I need an information on university offering master in aquaculture.

The only academic institution that I know that might offer Jewelry programs is Shenkar College. I highly recommend you to directly contact them and check if they offer a program that might suit you.

Other than that - there are many private courses that you can find by google search.

For Aquaculture diploma studies, I recommend you to directly contact one of the following institutes: The Hebrew University (Agriculture Faculty in Rehovot), Tech (School of veterinary medicine), and the Galilee Institute.
