There are several universities that offer M.Sc. tracks in agriculture; these include Ben Gurion University, The Hebrew University and Weizmann Institute. Each of these universities offers scholarships, usually based on previous academic achievements. Because the terms for receiving scholarships change from one university to another, I think it is best to send this request directly to whichever university you want to study in. They can give you the full details and explain exactly how to apply for the scholarship.
