Irrigation systems is one of the subjects you can study as part of the M.Sc. programs in agriculture. There are a few universities where you can study, Such as Ben Gurion Universuty, The Hebrew University and Weizmann Institute. These institutions offer certain scholarships, mainly based on academic achievements. As the scholarships tend to change from one university to another, I think it is best that you ask the universities you are interested in directly, since they can give you the full information and the most recent details.

In order to apply to these programs, you are required to have a B.Sc. degree in fields such as biology, biotechnology, agriculture or animal science. The GPA required is usually 80 or above. You will also need to pass an English proficiency exam, such as TOEFL.
