230 participants for a 4 months course - Agricultural Programme

My nonprofits wants to start a 10 hectares crop farm running on both irrigation and rain. We are planning to send 230 participants for a 4 months or more course in Israel.

We want a practical experience on a farm of similar size,

We want the participant to participate from planting to harvesting

We want to know your programme courses and skills they would learn

we also want to know the cost implication including leaving expenses for one participant

If they would be divided to various farm facility, in the same state or different state we want to know the cost implications for accommodation and feeding and transportation

We would also want to sponsor a tourist visit to see your organization before making applications and financial commitment
