There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different Hebrew courses to international students with special benefits for those who plan on doing Alya in the future, among those institutions: Ulpan Kibbutzim that takes place in no less than 8 different kibbutzim in Israel, The Hebrew University, Levinsky College and more.

Each of the schools I've mentioned offers Hebrew courses for Olim / immigrants and different scholarships for different candidates.
In Order to see which scholarship and/or institute fit you the best you need to contact them directly to see what they can offer you.
