Graduate Programs in Linguistics in Israel in English
Hello Simon,
I'm not sure this is what you're looking for but it's the only program in Israel that might fit what you've mentioned.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer a Graduate program in linguistics, among them: The Bar Ilan University and The Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
these programs are open for students who completed their bachelor degree in linguistics. In some cases, students who finished a degree in other field like cognitive sciences or psychology may also be accepted, but they will have to complete a few undergraduate courses according to the faculty's requirements. Students must present a GPA of 80 / 3.0 or higher in order for them to get accepted to the non-thesis track. In order to apply for a thesis track, students must present a GPA of 85 /3.4 or higher. Since the studies are in English, students from non-English-speaking countries must pass an English proficiency test.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the program, the different schools who offer them and more.
