I'm stella Ngenje from Tanzania,currently working with Ebony Radio that found in Southern Highlands part of Tanzania,by professional I'm a journalist and presenter and now looking the chance to study bachelor of arts in mass communication abroad that will be in Israel..Theres any chance?kindly help me to know more about the universities that offer journalism

As far as i know, the only international program that the different Israeli institutions offer that might fit you is the B.A in communications Studies.
