Hi! I am an American currently in Israel and I am interested in studying/learning the Hebrew language, and also taking cultural studies courses or ME studies. I am not sure if I would be degree-seeking yet, but I am open. I also love journalism and writing. What are the options? I am interested in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv. Thank you!

Without knowing a little bit more about what you're looking for exactly it's a little bit hard for me to narrow things down.
Both the Hebrew University and The Tel Aviv University offer bachelor degree programs and training programs in English especially for international students and visitors.
