I'm not sure the specific course you're looking for exist in the several Israeli institution which offer international training programs.

Thank u for responding to my queries...

I am an Ethiopian(M) ... a PhD Scholar in Economics, Andhra University, India. I am interested to have a 2 weeks training in research methodology specially on the use of Econometric Methods for data analysis. I was in public services for some 3 years in Ethiopia... away from the academics.Am lecturing in one the Government University-Hawassa, in Ethiopia.
Hence I need to update my background in methodological issues for my research work at hand.
The program here is a research based and there are no supportive course works except that we have a pre-phd exams supposed to be take up by the research fellows. I am a development economist by profession and am currently doing my research in International trade and Investment relations between the emerging Asian Giants and Ethiopia.
