women studies and empowerment - how can I join these course?

Dear All ,

I am a 32 years old ladg from Jordan Married to Israeli Man and going to move to Israel soon , with high respect and love to Israel and at the same time my Huge compassion toward my poor country and the misrable status of women in this society .
I am so much keen on developming myself and to get knowledge in several Topics education ,women studies and empowerment , leadership and any other possible courses .
how can I join these course ? how can i know about fees and intuitions ?
and if there are any scholarships ?
