If you are looking for master's tracks in agricultural subjects, there are a few Israeli institutions that offer tracks in English for international students. Horticulture is one of the topics you can focus on during your studies.

To apply you usually need a GPA of over 3.0 so it would seem your grades are high enough. However, do take into consideration that there are other requirements apart from your undergraduate grades. For instance, you will have to pass a TOEFL exam and show several letters of recommendation. There may also be more requirements, depending on which school you choose.

You can study at the Hebrew University, Ben Gurion University and the Weizmann Institute.
