I am toshevet chozeret, I grew up in Israel but was born in USA. English is my native language. I would like to earn a Master's degree. Can you provide information for me as a returning Israeli citizen? I am currently visiting Istanbul. I do not use telephones but I am fluent in Hebrew, attended Israeli high school and served in IDF, but quite a few years ago.

Programs for masters degree in Israel
Hello Abby,
There are indeed many tracks for master's degree in Israel that are suitable for international students and English speakers. These programs are taught in English. (There are, of course, many other programs in Hebrew as well)
What subjects are you interested in studying? If you could please give me a little more information on the fields that interest you and the area in Israel that you are intending on studying in, I will be able to help you find a suitable program.
Meanwhile, I have attached a link below my answer to an article with some more details on the different master's programs offered in English in Israel.
I hope you find this information helpful. Please feel free to contact us further and we will be very happy to assist you.

Teaching English - suitable master's tracks
Hello Abby,
Would you like to study in English or is Hebrew fine as well?
As far as I know, all the M.Ed. programs in Education (English as a second language) are taught in Hebrew. Some of the courses are studied in English but candidates are required to be fluent in hebrew as well.
If you would like, I could attach some more information on the tracks studied in Hebrew. Please let me know if you find these suitable for you.
Regards,
Annabel

English instruction only
No, I do not want a class in Hebrew or anything taught in Hebrew, so I guess that is a deal breaker.
