Study languages in Israel - Hebrew and Arabic
Hello Janice,

I'll start with the Arabic studies - There are a few schools in Israel that offer Arabic studies, among them: The Hebrew University and The Center for Jerusalem Studies.
Each of the schools I've mentioned above offers a different program but in general they focus on Palestinian Arabic and Modern Standard Arabic.

Regarding the Hebrew studies - There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different Hebrew courses to international students with special benefits for those who plan on doing Alya in the future, among those institutions: Ulpan Kibbutzim that takes place in no less than 8 different kibbutzim in Israel, The Hebrew University, Levinsky College and more.
Also in this case - each institution offers a different program.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs you can choose from and i advise you to contact those that are relevant to you directly to get all the information you need about the admission, fees and more.

If you wish to study in Israel this winter you have to apply really fast (and I'm not sure you'll make it in time) but i can't help you without knowing what is it you wish to study.

I would like to study at the Hebrew University.
You say it may be to late..
Can you give me more info here about the cost of the semester Hebrew and the timing?
I can read and write Hebrew I just don't know what I'm saying...
Also I would like to make Aliya.
Can you check to see when enrollment ends for this winter?

In order to get the specific enrollment dates and the cost of the program you'll have to contact the university directly through their website.
Because we do not work on behalf of the university i don't want to give you information that might be inaccurate.

Regarding Aliya - The Minister Of Foreign Affairs can help you with the process (everything you need is on their website).
