Hello Getachew,

As far as i know, The Tel Aviv University offers an M.Sc in plant sciences with emphasis in food safety and security.
This program let the students experience in advanced desert agriculture throughout their studies.
Beside this program we have a few more from different institutions (all sit under the title - agriculture sciences) so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different schools and programs you can choose from.
