MA in Jewish Education 2016-17

Hello,
My name is Eliana and I live in Mumbai, India. I have completed my Bachelor's in Psychology through an English speaking university of Mumbai. I have been actively involved in the Indian Jewish community and JDC India through events and informal Jewish education. I wish to pursue to my Masters in Jewish Education. I wanted to ask if I can get admission for the program this year as well if there is a a full scholarship available since I don't have enough funds to pay the fees.
