I hold Higher National Diploma in Irrigation Engineering from Nigeria and BES & M Ed in Agric Education from University of Missouri, Columbia, USA. Can I be admitted for higher studies in Irrigataion Engineering?

As far as i know there are no international master degree programs in irrigation engineering in israel.
