There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses or training programs in the field of agriculture.
All programs are in English especially for international students, visitors and professionals.
Among those institutions: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each institute offer different courses, for example: agricultural meteorology, organic farming, irrigation systems, rural agriculture, agriculture education and more.

I advise you to contact all of them because as I've said before each course and program is different so one might offer something the other can't.
