In order to secure a fellowship or a training program in any field of medicine in Israel you need to contact the different hospitals directly - Each hospital choose different doctors and have a limited number of places for international doctors.
Among the different hospitals you can find Soroka in Beer Sheva, Tel Hashomer in Tel Aviv, Hadassha in Jerusalem, Ziv in Sefad and more.
Keep in mind that it's much harder to get accepted to hospitals in the center of Israel and in Jerusalem.
