Hello Okoro,

There is no full Msc program only on plant breeding and genetics - those courses are a part of a bigger program - an Msc in agriculture sciences.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
