There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different training programs in the field of agriculture among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others, some offer financial aid and scholarships and some don't so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.

In order to apply you must go to the website of the institute in which you wish to study ant contact them or just apply through their systems.
