We do not have a full degree only in irrigation.
In Israel there are a few institutions which offer master degree programs in agriculture sciences which include irrigation.
If this is what you're looking for please let us know and we'll do our best to help you.

If you are looking for a short term program - there are a few of those that can fit you.
There few schools and institutions which offer different short term courses in agriculture, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Each one of those schools and institutions offers a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
