I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Education, Post Secondary Teachers' Certificate "A" with a major in Agriculture Science and Mathematics, I also did Ordinary level Science. Although I had my degree in B.A. English Education in 2015 and I'm currently teaching English Language in one of the Senior High schools, my love for farming is so immense that I cannot allow it to die off. And judging from the current trends as far as climate change is concerned resulting to erratic rainfall pattern, it is quite obvious that the world in general of which my country,Ghana, forms integral part faces the danger of food shortage which could lead to a serious famine because of the over reliance on rain fed agriculture.
It is for this reason that I have decided to find do a course in irrigation farming, it doesn't matter whether it is a short course or not. What matters to me is my eligibility and the opportunity available for me to acquire a training in irrigation to be able to implement in practice to help my country Ghana and humanity. Your advice and recommendation is urgently needed. Thank you.

International training programs in Israel
Hello Prince,
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different training programs in the field of agriculture which also include irrigation systems, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more. Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others, some offer financial aid and scholarships and some don't so I've attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
