MBA in Israel
Hello Ian,
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MBA programs for international students. Among them: The Bar Ilan University, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and more.
The different institutions decide whether or not to accept a candidate based on their undergraduate GPA (that must be at least 3.2), their GMAT scores and different recommendation letters they present. Another important thing is that in case students did not complete their undergraduate studies in an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test, like TOEFL.
Regarding distant learning and scholarship you'll have to contact then different institutions directly - there are scholarships for international students but as far as i know the possibility of distant learning does not exist.
As an international student you can work on a student's visa - up to 20 hours per week and most students go to work in restaurants, coffee shops and more.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs and schools you can choose from, the admission and more.
