There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short term courses and training programs in the field of agriculture, among those institutions you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute have a different program, some of the programs could be shorter or longer than others so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise you to contact all of them to get the information you need about the cost because as i've said each course is a bit different so the cost will change depending on the one you'll choose.
