Hello Chao,

I didn't understood which track you're looking for - as far as i know there is no special MBA with new material science track only MBA tracks in Israeli institutions.
There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MBA programs for international students. Among them: The Bar Ilan University, The Tel Aviv University, IDC Herzliya, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and more.

The different institutions decide whether or not to accept a candidate base on their undergraduate GPA (that must be at least 3.2), their GMAT scores and different recommendation letters they present.
In cases like yours where candidates already finished another master's degree with high average or completed their B.A. or B.Sc. with a very high average they will be exempt from the GMAT.
Another important thing is that in case students did not complete their undergraduate studies in an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test, like TOEFL.
