There are a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different short term training programs(which also include desert studies) to international students, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
Each school and institute offer different programs, some shorter or longer than others, some offer financial aid and scholarships and some don't so Iv'e attached a link a at the end of my message that will send you to an article about the different schools, institutes and programs you can choose from and hopefully help you find the best one for you.
I advise to choose a few institutions that offer the type of programs you're looking for and contact all of them to find out who can offer you the best scholarships.
