I want to do a Masters and eventually PhD in Communications Engineering or IT in English. Are there Israeli universities where I can consider. And also scholarships. My first degree is kn Telecommunications Engineering in Ghana

Hello Hezekiah,

I'm not sure the specific program you're looking for exist in English but there are a few institutions in Israel which offer international master degree program, among them: The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University, The Tel Aviv University, The University of Haifa and more.
