Each institute in Israel who offer international degree program also offer scholarships and financial aid options to their students.
Usually they pick students who comes from countries that are considered poor or in crisis like yours so you have a good chance in getting a scholarship.
Because each institute offers different scholarship you'll have to contact them directly by phone or through their website.
