Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) takes pride in its international school – a third of all students are international. The Raphael Recanati International School is the largest international school in Israel today with more than 2000 students from 90 countries. Students can gain the tools and knowledge to fulfill their professional goals and shape global and local reality, while creating networks with students from around the globe. 

Study Program

The Global MBA program allows students to gain foundations in management from a global perspective. This track is designed especially for executives and future leaders.

MBA students may intern in Israeli and international companies while studying. 

An integral part of the MBA program is the Arison Leadership Development Program. This is a 3-day workshop that allows students to learn about leadership dynamics and authority in organizational environments.

Study Tracks

- Strategy and business development: this track prepares students for strategic planning and business development roles. It includes courses in analytical and planning methodologies, as well as practical tools for business developers.

Program Structure

The duration of this international Master's program is consecutive 18 months. All courses are in English. Studies take place twice a week.

The global MBA faculty comprises of lecturers from leading business schools who are involved in the business arena in various fields. They share their knowledge and expertise with MBA students, allowing them to gain access to current topics in entrepreneurship, high-tech, innovation and marketing.
