To my knowledge, international students can study finance and accounting for a bachelor's degree as part of the B.A in business management. The following academic institutions offer specializations in finance or accounting in their international degree programs: Reichman University (Herzliya), Ono Academic College (Kiryat Ono), and The College of Management (Rishon LeZion).

Most academic institutions offer scholarships to international students, some are needs-based, while others are merit-based (based on one’s academic achievements). The academic institution’s scholarship committee discusses each candidate’s background and financial status to discern which scholarships may be suitable. Since the range of scholarships is very wide, I would advise you to contact the institutions listed above and inquire about the scholarships and financial aid you may be eligible for.
