Hi- i'd like to know if a US citizen of arab descent (egyptian) will be allowed admittance for an exchange program in Haifa University?

Hello David,

As far as i know, there is no restrictions regarding arab US citizens who want to study in Israel.
In order to apply for an exchange program at the Haifa University you must contact the school through their website or call them directly.
