There are a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more. Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more.

Each school and institute have a different program and some offer scholarships to international students. I suggest you contact the schools directly and ask them if they have any open internship positions.
