Unfortunately I don't know when the government will open more internships, but there are a few programs in Israel in the field of agriculture - workshops, training programs. short courses and more. Among the schools and institutions that offer the different programs you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation, and more. Each school offers a different program and scholarships.
