As far as i know there is no program that include all the topics you've mentioned, offered in Israel to international students.
I have to ask you to write to us again with more information because i can't understand what is it you wish to study and what is it that you've already studies.

Study in Israel

In order to study in Israel you need to choose a track that exist in Israeli universities and as far as i know we don't have a track like the one you're looking for.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to n article about the different master program Israeli institutions have to offer international students but you should know that each of those institution require a high level of English for students who are not native as all of the programs are in English.
