As far as i know there is no short term course in the field of biotechnology or food biotechnology.
If you're looking to further your knowledge in that field you should contact the Technion in Haifa which offer several degree programs in that field and have the most cutting edge technologies in the field.
I advise you to contact them directly through their web site in order to find out if and which program from the ones they offer are the best one for you.
