Unfortunately i can't send you the information you're asking for by mail but i can give you all the answers i here in the forum where other people can enjoy those answers as well.
As far as i know there re no short term courses in those fields in any of the institutions in Israel which offer courses taught in English.
You can find a communication degree in a few institutions but from you message it looks like you're only looking for a short term course.
