Scholarships for agriculture studies
Hello Giri,
Each institutions in Israel which offer study programs to international students also offer different scholarships so before you apply for a scholarship you must first choose a master program in which you're interested and only than you can apply for a scholarship. It's important you'll know that Israeli institution encourage international students from countries that are considered poor or in crisis to come and study in Israel and that is why they have special scholarships for them which means you'll have a good chance of getting a scholarship.
There are a few institutions in Israel that offer MSc in agriculture sciences for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture. Regarding the cost of living and studying in Israel i can't say for sure because it depends on where you'll choose to live - for example, living in Tel Aviv cost at least 3 times more than living in Beer Sheva or in the north of Israel.
